1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The TheGPClub Promotional Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. MST on January 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. MST on April 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Although multiple vehicles may be promoted simultaneously on thegpclub.com during the Sweepstakes Period, there is only one (1) Sweepstakes being conducted and only one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected.

The Grand Prix Club’s database will serve as the official timekeeping system for this promotion.

2. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Grand Prix Club, located at 25 Elaionon, Strovolos, Nicosia, 2057, Cyprus (the “Sponsor”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are licensed drivers and at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of TheGPClub, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

5. HOW TO ENTER

(A) Online Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may receive entries by purchasing eligible products at thegpclub.com.

Different vehicles may be featured or promoted at the same time. However:

• Entries are allocated to the single, unified Sweepstakes drawing
• There are not separate drawings per vehicle
• Only one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected

The number of entries received varies depending on the item purchased and any promotional entry multiplier active at the time of purchase.

Bonus Periods & Entry Multipliers:
From time to time, the Sponsor may offer promotional “Bonus Periods” during which entry multipliers (e.g., 2X, 5X, 10X entries) may apply to eligible purchases. These Bonus Periods:

• Do not create separate sweepstakes
• Do not create separate prize pools
• Do not alter the fact that only one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected
• Simply affect the number of entries awarded per eligible purchase during that promotional window

Website Timers:
Any countdown timers displayed on the website are for promotional and informational purposes only and typically reflect the remaining time in a promotional Bonus Period. Timers do not represent the end of the overall Sweepstakes unless explicitly stated.

Purchases are not required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not improve your odds of winning beyond receiving the stated number of entries associated with that purchase.

(B) Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Each mail-in entry must be handwritten, legible, and submitted individually.

Entries must be postmarked by March 30, 2026, and received by April 5, 2026.

Bulk mailings, photocopied entries, mechanically reproduced entries, or entries generated by automated means are void.

Mail-in entries will receive an entry amount equivalent to the standard entry allocation as determined by Sponsor.

6. RANDOM DRAWING

One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by TheGPClub from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Although multiple vehicles may be promoted, there will be only one drawing and one winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. PRIZE

Grand Prize (One Winner Total)

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• The winner’s choice of one (1) vehicle from the vehicles promoted during the Sweepstakes Period and $100,000 USD cash (combined estimated value up to $500,000 USD),

OR

• A $400,000 USD cash alternative prize.

The winner may select only one prize option.

The vehicle is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.

Winner must take delivery of the vehicle at a location designated by TheGPClub within 30 days of notification.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; registration; licensing; insurance; title fees; and any other costs associated with taking possession of the prize.

No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

If the potential winner:

• Cannot be reached
• Fails to respond within seven (7) days
• Fails to complete required documentation
• Is deemed ineligible

The prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Sponsor will never request credit card or payment information from a winner in order to claim a prize. Any such request is fraudulent.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless TheGPClub and its affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or injury of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

TheGPClub assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for technical malfunctions of any kind.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for TheGPClub to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and city/state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

TheGPClub reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor may modify promotional Bonus Periods, entry multipliers, and featured vehicles at its sole discretion without affecting the unified nature of the Sweepstakes or the single-winner structure.

12. DISPUTES

All disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Entrants agree that all disputes must be resolved individually, without resort to class actions, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
